Goal

Develop a full-stack brand identity and digital launch strategy for a fictional skincare brand to demonstrate Fiction Creatives’ capabilities in brand building, content design, and digital strategy.

In the saturated world of clean skincare, even the best products struggle to gain attention without the right brand presence. For this in-house concept, we set out to build a brand from scratch — one that could compete visually, communicate trust, and convert audiences across platforms.

Step 1: Brand Identity & Market Positioning
  • Created a premium brand tone: calm, fruit-powered, modern elegance
  • Built a logo system and color palette inspired by key ingredients (Kiwi, Strawberry, Blueberry)
  • Developed the core message: “Skincare that feels as good as it looks.”
Step 2: Website & Funnel Design
  • Designed a modern, conversion-optimized landing page
  • Focused on customer journeys, ingredient stories, and skin concern education
  • Added email waitlist section with a first-time buyer lead magnet
Step 3: Content & Launch Grid
  • Designed a 9-post Instagram launch grid
  • Mixed carousels, static posts, and mockup reels to build trust and aesthetics.
  • Created highlight stories for: About, Benefits, Rituals, and Reviews.
Step 4: Engagement & Retention Flow
  • Designed welcome email and SMS flows
  • Created community-oriented content to encourage reposts and engagementy.
  • Built a loyalty narrative: clean, effective, and beautifully simple
